Submission Instructions
Formatting
All papers shall be submitted using the following template to maintain consistency during the conference proceedings. Please download the Microsoft Word file provided below and submit papers as an Adobe pdf file.
Note that there is no restriction on the amount of pages submitted.

Note: LaTex formats are acceptable, however please convert your final manuscript to an Acrobat pdf file for submission.
Paper Submission
All full paper submissions should be sent to rothz@fau.edu as an Adobe pdf file by the submission deadline. Accepted papers will be published at the conference site and in the Conference Proceedings of FCRAR 2012.
Robotics Showcase Entry Submissions
Entries to the Robot Showcase can be in one of three forms. Each entry should include a project title, authors and institution clearly identified:
- Actual robot prototype and demo at the conference site
- Video entries
- Poster board entries.
Entries to the Robot Showcase should be sent to rothz@fau.edu with pictures in JPEG format, videos in WMV, MPEG, or AVI format. Robot videos should include credits (project title, authors and institution) at the beginning of each video. Videos will be projected on large screens and looped at the conference site where actual robot demonstrations will also be carried out, and poster boards displayed.
